“Texturing Now, we're going to work on adding texture to the illustration, but this time we'll think about using it to heighten the emotion of the image. Let's get into it. So it's time to start bringing in some textures into this image. I've got a few opened up from the collection just to see what works. I really want to use this water stained ledger as the tree. My worry is that because the lines are so close, it'll create a sort of noir effect, not really look very good on screen, screens work with pixels.
