“Stacking Textures We're going to combine some of the learned techniques. We're going to stack up those textures in lots of layers, let's get to it. The image is starting to come together but to make it exciting, we're going to have to layer up lots of textures, both on the individual objects, but also on the image as a whole. What I like to do is apply one texture, maybe two, over the top of a whole image, and this helps to tie it together. I had that old children's book that I scanned a page from and it had a lithographic print quality and that came out nicely. It was a plain blue page bef...”
