Q: What are you passionate about?
GS: I've always loved food, but when I started my blog 14 years ago, I realized I really with English and food.
Q: What is your inspiration with developing recipes?
GS: My main inspiration when I develop recipes are the traditions of my country and my region, and my visits to the market.
Q: How do you approach recipe writing?
GS: One of the biggest challenges when you develop a recipe is to make something that is easy to understand for everyone. So my solution is to be generous, adding details that can help the reader to be a better cook.
Q: Why is precision key when measuring for a recipe?
GS: The precision is very important when you develop a recipe, because a recipe can be poetry, but it's also science.
