“Hi, my name is Claire Deward and I'm a hand embroiderer based in London in the UK. I first started doing embroidery really as a hobby, so when I was studying in France after high school I wasn't really sure about what to do professionally and I was a little bit lost so I started doing very simple cross stitching and then over the years really it grew as something that I thought I really wanted to do as a career.
