“In the last lesson, we talked about shapes. And in this lesson, I'm going to show you how to do some quick sketches. When doing quick sketches, I like to warm up by doing three minute sketches. This gives me enough time to get the gesture, to get some structure and a little bit of value. But not enough time to get lost in the detail. When I begin doing a quick sketch like this, I like to start with the head and progress my way down the body.
