“Now that you know all the tools and materials needed to make watercolors. i’ll teach you how to prepare the binder. The recipe I use is one part powder gum to two parts distilled water. I mix everything in a small jar. always using a measuring spoon to control the proportions well. I take a spoonful of the powder and level it off. I am going to add about four spoons of gum.
