Gracias Florencia!!

The course is designed for those with basic watercolor or painting knowledge. It’s not for absolute beginners but perfect for anyone wanting to deepen their skills in artisanal techniques and customizing metallic watercolors.

You’ll need pigments (especially metallic or natural), gum arabic, vegetable glycerin, distilled water, mixing tools (muller, spatula), containers, and heavyweight paper. The course details each material and homemade alternatives.

You’ll learn how to prepare the binder, mix metallic pigments, create pans and personalized palettes, preserve your watercolors, present handmade pigments, and experiment with unique techniques and effects to achieve professional results.

The course shows you how to select pigments, blend colors, make handmade pans, and choose the right containers so you can design and personalize a palette that reflects your artistic style.

Natural metallic pigments come from minerals and offer authentic finishes, while synthetics like mica provide iridescent effects and more vibrant colors. The course teaches you how to identify and use both depending on your project.
