Observing how things matched. what colors they had. and keeping a record of all that. What I do now is maintain a detailed record in a notebook or folder to track everything. I have a notebook. but you could make a folder on your phone. use a Pinterest board. or even folders on Instagram. For example. i'll show you here in my notebook how I organize things.
