“In this lesson we will begin modeling the deck of the skateboard. Once it is complete I will show you how you can reuse the deck geometry to create the grip tape. Let's go for it. To model skateboard deck start with the plane with length set to 19.5 and width set to 80 cm. We only want to work on the quarter so press F4 to see edges and then let's set two segments in both directions. Now I'm going to center this object and then switch to the front view by pressing F key and move it to the bottom edge of deck.
