“In this lesson I will show you how to back your hoop with felt to give it a really polished and professional look. The first thing we're going to do is cinch the fabric around our hoop to pull it together in the back. If you haven't already cut your fabric into a circle, go ahead and do that right now, leaving about two inches on the edge. You can see mine's not perfect and that's fine.
