“ Light and Shade Next, we will use just the B and see what the difference is. Remember, the B is darker, but it won't be as smooth. If you prefer working this way and like the pencil's texture, that's fine, but let's have a look at the difference. I'm using a lot of the side of the pencil. I'm using the point closer to the edge, so you get it darker and more of the side when we blend out. It makes it a lot easier. No right or wrong way, it’s the way I do it. It's also worth noting that it's easy to make mistakes with the darker pencil because you can't hide them. Instead of using a tortill...”
