“ Refining the Shapes Now that we finished putting down all our big shapes, in this lesson, we'll start refining our shapes. I have decided to reset my station here. I have a fresh palette, fresh wax paper, and new paint water for me. If yours are still good, you can keep working. The idea is to build up this painting holistically. We'll start putting small shapes in each one of our big shapes, and we'll move from area to area. I'll mix a color that is close to this color, but a step darker.
