“In the previous lesson, we learned a little bit about me and my influences, but in this lesson we're going to talk about the materials that we're going to use in the course. The first item that you're going to need is a wood painting panel. These are common in most art supply stores. I prefer wood to canvas because it is flat and smooth, which makes it easy to make flat, even paint strokes. The paint we're going to use is acrylic. There are a lot of different brands that you can pick from, but my favorite is the Liquitex Soft Bodied Acrylic Paint. It is smooth and liquid, so it goes on real...”
