Despite being a big fan of words and using them to build stories, he started out as a visual designer in 2010. In 2015, he discovered chatbots and the possibility of bringing these two worlds together to design with words.
He has led conversational design projects at BBVA Next and in the Amazon Alexa team for France, Italy, and Spain. Since 2020 he has been working in the Alexa Auto team, inventing the future of multimodal experiences for cars.
