Jesús Martín kicks off this online course by introducing himself and telling you about his work in design and in the world of conversational interfaces. He also shows you his vision and his influences when designing assistants.

Next, look at the different types of interfaces, what they're for, and how they work. Learn about the role of the designer and the tasks involved, then start planning your conversational product.

Define the experience and its features with a storyboard and use it to design an ideal first conversation. Then examine how to prototype that dialogue in Voiceflow, adding a personality and developing the sound experience.

Move on to define the other scenarios and options that the user may encounter when interacting with the agent. Test and validate it with users to assess possible improvements and iterations.

Discover how to publish your conversational interface and the metrics to look at once it is launched. Wrap up the course by learning how a multimodal experience can benefit your project endlessly.
