Now that we've got our rough sketch in great shape, we're going to be adding additional details to each letterform. I also think this is a great time to evaluate everything high level, to make sure everything stylistically is working across the board and that there's no inconsistencies. Even in creating this artwork, I've noticed I've made a mistake. In college, he studied graphic design and illustration, and after graduating, he started working in different design agencies, handling projects for a range of international brands. In 2012, he decided to quit his job to focus on hand-lettering.
Since then, he has worked with brands such as Nike, Hilton, and Subway, and agencies on branding, packaging, books and magazine covers, ad campaigns, and murals. He has also written three books on hand lettering: 100 Days of Lettering, Lettering Alphabets & Artwork, and Harry Potter Hand Lettering.
