“ Materials In this course, we'll study the three kinds of inking done in comic books at this moment. Traditional inking is done with Indian ink, brushes, dip or technical pens straight over the original pencil lines or on a different piece of paper using a light box or a blue line print. The second kind of inking is watercolours or ink gouaches. It is seen more nowadays that printing is more advanced than 50 or 60 years ago. He has drawn stories featuring characters such as Robin Hood and The Power Rangers and had one of the graphics novels he illustrated adapted into a film starring Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron.
Aside from creating comic books of his own, Sam regularly teaches illustration and comic book art and is passionate about helping others create their own realities through visual narratives.
