Paolo Pettigiani is a photographer specializing in infrared photography who lives and works in Turin, in northern Italy. He discovered his passion for photography at 11 years old during a family vacation to Patagonia when he asked to use his parents' camera to document their trip. Since then, he has been studying photography in depth, taking a particular interest in the technical aspects. After earning a degree in design and visual communication from the Polytechnic University of Turin, he started working as a freelance photographer and graphic designer.

Thanks to his infrared series shot in New York's Central Park, he has gained international recognition and his work has been featured in a variety of magazines including The Washington Post, Wired, [i]La Repubblica[i], Vogue, and Vanity Fair. In 2018, he cofounded the communication agency No Panic with two other partners, through which he has collaborated with brands like Adobe, Huawei, Red Bull, and Pantone.
