I don't think it matters in this case, but if it's really bad, like you can't see it in the front, you can cut the yarn and remove the part of the yarn that is uneven. That's an easy way to do it. Sometimes, the yarn has knots, sometimes it breaks. It is made from animal fibers, so you just have to accept that.
