“So in this lesson, with our newly learned 3D modeling skills, it's finally time to start 3D printing. As we know, for the final project, we'll be using these wooden dowels, as well as some wooden screws to hold everything together. So this is a perfect opportunity to print out some test pieces to test the fitment between the 3D printed parts and these materials. We'll test things like how big the cylinder needs to be in order to fit over the wooden dowel and how big the hole needs to be in order to fit a wooden screw through.
