“My Final Piece Here is my sample tile. This one is already dry. In the piece that we modeled before, as I said, if it is covered, in about two weeks it will be ready to sand and take to the kiln. Since the piece was wet, I brought this dry sample tile. It is made with the same technique, just a bit rougher so you can see the sanding process if the surface is not perfect when you work it with the carving technique. Here we have our white clay, the clay, the black clay line, and I'll just sand it. I have fine sandpaper. There are others that are superfine when they come in different weights. ...”
