“Thumbnail Sketches For this process, it's good to have a large sheet. I usually use an A3. This way, I can draw a lot of different sketches. I can write down ideas and I have enough room to play. Normally, I would play some record of the band I'm working for to get the vibe going. I spend a minute or two looking at the mood board I put together, for my mind to absorb the ideas and images. Then, I put them aside, and I sit down in front of the paper. I find very interesting to work in these small sizes.
