“Anatomy: The Eye In the previous lesson we discovered color and we made some exercises in order to find our secondary colors. We also created graded washes, mixing colors together, some of them are very useful to render the color of the skin. In this lesson we can now finally use this knowledge in order to paint our first feature of the face, the most important one, which is the eye, The eye, being the window of the soul, when we paint a portrait we want to capture the personality of the sitter.
