A great course which takes you by the hand and explains the beautiful world of watercolor. I have enjoyed every bit of it and it has helped me get better understanding of all the steps of watercolor journey. Highly recommended both for beginners and more advanced.

I'm very much enjoying Sarah Stokes methods of teaching. She has a lovely calm, easy to listen to voice. She's methodical enough to follow her step by step instructions and I've found it adds a lot to the level that I'm personally able to follow even though I've been painting for quite a while so this isn't just for beginners.

This is the first online course I have done and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very well presented and easy to follow. I particularly like the fact you can go back over each lesson as often as you like and work at your own pace. I have learnt a lot and look forward to more courses by Sarah in the future.

I"ve never used watercolour before and at no stage was I out of my depth. I like coming away from workshops having learnt one thing, but thanks to Sarah Ive got a little notebook full of tips.

yes I loved Sarah, she was easy to follow and she explained everything very well. I am a beginner to watercolors, and I have found myself drawn to them more and more after taking her course.

My only suggestion is that she would offer more classes.

Loved this course. Sarah takes you start to finish and covers all the essentials. My only complaint was that she did not guide us through all the birds so felt the first two came out better because I was on my own for the last two. Otherwise I will be looking for more courses by her.

I enjoyed most of this course, but the painting style is a bit too tight for me, as I want to use bigger brushes and strokes. Also, I haven’t used Cotman paints, as most instructors use and recommend professional watercolors. Sarah is very generous with information and I really like her teaching style.

I love Sarah's presentation, she is very informative and she is easy to listen to. I don't plan to skip any part of this course. I will enjoy each step of the process.
