About the video: The Health Benefits of Crochet

Overview

“After hours of crocheting, how do you feel? Your shoulders may be a bit tired, but you did some stretching in the meantime? I often find myself sitting still for hours and crocheting, and when I get up, my knees are macaroni. To avoid this, have breaks, get up from your chair, stretch your shoulders and legs, crack your knucklebones and get back to work. In this video lesson Molla Mills addresses the topic: The Health Benefits of Crochet, which is part of the Domestika online course: Crochet Pattern Design: Find Your Signature Style. Create your own tapestry crochet patterns and turn them into unique works of art that reflect your personality.
