Me gustó mucho el curso pero esperaba algo más técnico, y más integrado con la fotografía gastronómica, pero para iniciación está bien

Joni gave a great presentation, was professional, creative and innovative. As an Interior designer and artist I recognised many of the elements and terminology used. It was fun to see these elements being applied to food as well. My only concern was that I loved the avocado salad, but later realized that the recipe given was for a vegtable dish.

Great course! For ME suggestions on how to be creative and develop a style and to think for yourself was the impetus to be creative. As a photographer, I would ask to add the possibility of a real camera and added lighting as needed to add to the APPLE Photo Instagram plan. Only a personal suggestion from only my point of view...Jodi maybe have balanced make up/clothes and manicure to add to her wonderful personality. Chef Mike Patterson.

Me encanta el curso, es todo muy didáctico, practico y útil. Normalmente es difícil concentrarme al estudiar, pero ha sido fácil con este curso porque es interactivo y tiene mucho contenido visual, lo que es ideal.

Curso original y muy inspirador. Considerar la presentación de los platos en la mesa como una pequeña obra de arte es un nuevo concepto. Aporta muchas ideas y un nuevo enfoque a la gastronomia, ya que crea una nueva dimensión estética a nuestra mesa.

This course has a lot of useful tricks that a person hat has never done food styling before (like me) can use. I'm still practicing and it gave me a lot of inspiration!
