Food Styling: The Art of Plating

I really enjoyed this course. It was inspiring in many ways. From the very planing of the context (romantic diner for two) to the smallest details about the styling.

Fantastic course for me, a beginner. I have always been interested in plating food and taking photo's of my dishes. I always thought I was being a bit vain!!. Thank you Jodi for your insight and tips. I will continue plating my dishes but now I have more insight and it won't be a hit and miss affair.

Il corso è ben girato, non offre distrazioni e permette di seguire la brava Jodi Moreno e il suo lineare tono di voce, perfetto per l'insegnamento. Da italiano ho trovato i piatti realizzati tipicamnte americani con sapore internazionale, questo significa che alla fine le idee per una tavola tipicamente italiana non sono il massimo. Noi abbiamo uno stile ben più complesso rispetto a quanto proposto, forse con qualche idea in più i consigli di Jodi si possono applicare, anche se sommariamente.

Not so much of what I expected but it is good

This is a good course for absolute beginners, I found it a bit too basic but there are some interesting tips and ideas, mostly on plating the different courses. Would’ve liked a bit more detail on this subject.

Pudo haber sido más completo! Hay mucho que explotar en este tema. Para súper principiantes no está mal.

A todos que gostam de gastronomia e uma bela mesa. Recomendo a todos.
