Food Styling: The Art of Plating

El curso es muy interesante pero está, según mi opinión, muy centrado para fotografia y no para presentar platos "comestibles". Las ideas son buenas, los tips y los procesos muy interesantes.

This course is very basic. The presenter does a decent job, although can be somewhat vague at times. This course is for people who want to be internet influencers, judging by the recommendations of Pinterest and Instagram. I don't mind using a phone for photos, but I am a graphic designer and I'd NEVER EVER recommend that people try to edit photos on phone. If the photos are for use in print, editing on a phone will not cut it. So, again, this course seems to be geared towards internet use.

Jodi Moreno kam sehr sympathisch rüber und hat alles sehr gut erklärt. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir, dass sie pro Gericht zwei Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten angeboten hat. Das regt die Kursteilnehmerinnen an, sich selbst zu probieren. Was sie auch immer betont: Den eigenen Stil finden, nicht ihren kopieren. Allerdings geht es nicht um "die Kunst des Anrichtens", sondern nur um Foodstyling für ein Fotoshooting. Also Teller für ein Foto herrichten, nicht die Gerichte zum Verzehr anrichten.

Me ha gustado bastante pero esperaba algo más del curso. Imagino que siendo un curso tan cortito no se puede profundizar tanto en la cocina de diferentes lugares del mundo o en la misma fotografía. Es un curso entretenido y fácil de completar.

This is absolutely NOT what I expected!!! It is plating for photography and blogging, NOT for serving and eating. I'm a descent cook but useless at plating. I have a restaurant with a great chef who does fabulous plating and I wanted to learn about plating. NOT food photography. So I'm very disappointed!!!!

Perfect!! These videos will take your food photos to the next level.

Good course. I am going to use this information for my dinner parties. Consequently, I would have liked a little discussion of plating at home.
