About the final project for: Food Photography in Full Color

Food Photography in Full Color

“We have reached the end of the course, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did and that you have learned much more than you expected. Remember that to create wonderful projects it is not necessary to spend all the money in the world, it is only necessary to dare to leave our box, to leave our comfort zone. Dare to think differently! Before ending the course, share your final project. Do you remember the steps I took to create mine? If you don't remember, don't worry, let's review together the steps to follow once you have chosen your topic. Look for your references! I showed you how I look for my references to create unique and striking projects. I turned to books, music, art, etcetera. I analyzed the colors, lights and shadows of the references that I found. I took photos of everything I put together in my references, so as not to forget the details that I loved about it. I did not use Pinterest, because to create something new and innovative you have to dare to look beyond what others see. Don't limit yourself to what you could find on the computer!

Create your mood board With the photos of my references, I showed you how I made three different mood boards, which I consider to be extremely important. Use CANVA to create an art one, a color one, and finally a lighting one.
The barter To get the utensils, I made some exchanges, in this way I did not have to spend money to carry out my project. You can look for this form of exchange too! Talk to your friends, acquaintances or distributors, share your idea with them, make them feel as much passion in your project as you have.
Assemble your set Here my idea began to come to life, to materialize. I started putting together the set with different cymbals, which in turn provided different colors, textures, and shadows. Always taking care of visual harmony. Do not forget to take into account how they eat in the culture you chose, what they eat, what colors they have and so on.
The shooting Finally the most awaited moment arrived. Arrange some lights to stay true to the idea of shadows and lighting you wanted to create. I secured my camera to make sure it wasn't going to damage the set at any point and started taking a few shots. I played with the elements to try to create new sensations. The most important tip is to be comfortable, so you will get better shots.
The digital laboratory I made the last adjustments to my shots to get the best possible out of them. I chose more than one final photo, since several of them had a lot of potential that I did not want to miss. I started playing with temperature, saturation, colors, and more to get to the result I was looking for.
Ready, you already have your project. I look forward to seeing what you've been working on, I'm dying of curiosity to see what feast you have decided to create, let us know your work. Let us enjoy what you created! Remember that likes not everything, trust your vision. If you have any questions or doubts, use the forum, I will answer you as quickly as possible. Once again do not forget to share your final project, I want to see it, surely you have created something amazing. See you on the forum! ”
