You can keep on working on it until you are satisfied with the texture in the hair. As I'm waiting for this top part to dry, I'll start working on the eyebrows. I'll take a look at my reference photo and copy this shape I see on there. Again, we'll apply this lightly. I'll use my paper towel to clean it up.
