“Elements of the Pattern In this unit, we'll talk about the pattern and in particular, the elements that make our pattern. Let's start. In the previous lesson, we finished our Final Elements file. It has each one of the beetles on a different layer. All elements are ready. We now have to prepare our workspace for the next part of the project. The first thing we'll do is click on File and New to create a new file. We'll call this one Tile and we'll have it in Inches. We click on 10 x 10 inches, as you can see, that's 25.4 cm.
