From her residence in Barcelona, creative director and graphic designer Núria Vila designs with the desire to apply common sense and sustainability criteria in each of her projects. Her work encompasses corporate identity, visual and editorial communication, and packaging. It was in 2009 when she teamed up with the Gallecs Consortium to find better ways of designing projects that care for the planet and minimize environmental impact.
Currently, she works for different types of clients, from cultural entities like the Rural Life Museum, to public administrations like the Barcelona Provincial Council. She has collaborated with large clients like the supermarket chain Ametller Origen, and smaller ones that allow her to experiment, such as the SlowMov cafeteria. In addition, she teaches several classes in different design schools.
