Really good and inspiring course!!!

Alex is an amazing artist and instructor. I got to learn a lot of things from him and I think this has been the most amazing watercolor class I've ever taken, great job!

There where nothing really new for me, but I had a lot of fun, following the lessons and deepening my understanding.

I highly recommend this course, not only for beginners, but for anyone looking to really understand perspective, and learn about pencil and ink sketching and watercolour techniques. Alex is an excellent instructor, and has a winsome, easy manner. His videos are the perfect length to keep one's interest. I particularly enjoyed learning about perspective, as well as his gentle approach to watercolour. I am very pleased I chose to do his course.

Would have liked a little more time on pen/ink/washes. But overall a nice intro to how to do this subject.

Alex's style is easy to work with . . . like a friend . . . giving you personal tips and instruction he earned by doing. If you want to paint 'looser', this is the guy. The video clips are informative and just the right length. And I like the production quality. . . clean, precise and concise. Well done.

This is a terrific course and I've already learned a lot. Alex is well spoken and a great teacher. His instruction on mixing pigments and his various wash techniques were more illuminating than anything else I've encountered, either on YouTube or in books.
