“DEVELOPING COLOUR PALETTES Colour is the first thing people will see even before they understand what they are looking at, so it's vital to set the right tone at this moment. Certain colours come in and out of fashion. Taking my own work, this is an example of type of colour that I'm using in my work at present, but to look back a few years, then the tones and the colours themselves would have changed.
