Free Patterns to Make a Leather Bag With Your Hands

If you are seduced by artisan making, these sketches and patterns for making bags will serve as a guide to start creating something new with your own hands.

These are three sketches and patterns offered by Gustavo Annoni (@gus_annoni), an expert craftsman founder of Annoni Bags. Gustavo has made his handcrafted designs for bags and purses known around the world.

In his Domestika course, Gustavo explains all the techniques necessary for the design and production of leather wallets, whether for personal use, as a hobby or to start with a line of fashion products.

To learn from him, you do not need previous knowledge, but you will need the basic materials for making a bag: a 1-meter-square leather sheet, a hammer, an awl with a 1mm mouth, a steel ruler and a square. You must also have a knife or cutter, a cutting board, a piece of wood where you can hammer and, finally, rivets and a matrix to make the riveting.
