I have a strong passion for pastries and have since childhood. I want to pursue this formally. I took a course already and covered some basic baking concepts. It awakened something in me I can't and don't wish to shake. I have been practicing. I am struggling with buttercream, layering. I am excelling with cheesecakes. Help!
