This course has made me see food and food styling in a whole new way. Suddenly i am excited to plate my dishes and for the first time i see my food as beautiful art. I always believed that you eat with your eyes but this took it to the next level. I can’t wait to show off my new skill!

Me gustó mucho el curso pero esperaba algo más técnico, y más integrado con la fotografía gastronómica, pero para iniciación está bien
Joni gave a great presentation, was professional, creative and innovative. As an Interior designer and artist I recognised many of the elements and terminology used. It was fun to see these elements being applied to food as well. My only concern was that I loved the avocado salad, but later realized that the recipe given was for a vegtable dish.
