Hi everybody,
My name is Bieke, I’m from Belgium and I started baking during this pandemic. I’ve already made such a great progress during these 2 years, my friends and family are trying to convince me to change job and enter the pastry world professionally. But I don’t feel ready yet, there is still so much I would like to learn. I started modelling with marzipan, now going next level with this sugar paste course, and hoping to learn how to model with chocolate after. Taking it step by step! We’ll see what the future holds.
