Nicholas Wibben

I am 72 years old and started drawing about two years ago. I have six grandchildren who are all very artistic and I began to wonder if I might have some artistic talent. I have discovered that I really enjoy drawing and painting and have developed a real desire to learn and improve. I have found online courses to be of great value. I enjoy drawing pet portraits, wildlife. and the beauty found in God's creation. My hobbies are music, backpacking, camping and fly fishing. I have admired the art work of Davy Wotton who is best known as a world class fly fisherman and is the U.S. International Team Coach in America & Europe. He has fly fishing experience in 40 countries a world recognized author, instructor, and fly tier. Most people do not know that he is also an acomplished musician and artist. I had the pleasure of meeting him and view some of his drawings and paintings of dry and wet flies, and trout. I am deeply moved by God's creation and my goal is to reveal the awe, wonder and beauty found in world around us.
