“In this lesson we're going to transfer our design to our fabric. So to begin I'm going to show you all the different options for transferring. The method I typically use when I'm transferring an embroidery design to fabric is tracing with a light source. So here I have my light pad and some water-soluble pencils. So for this method I would just print out my template, place it on the light pad, place my fabric over it, and then the light would shine through my fabric and I would be able to trace my design right onto the fabric.
