“In this lesson I'm going to be showing you how to put the fabric into the hoop. So first you take the inner hoop and place it underneath the fabric. Then take your outer hoop and fit it over the top. And then you're going to start slowly tightening and pulling the fabric taut. And you need to keep rotating the frame as you do this so it's evenly taut all over. If the fabric is loose as you're working you can end up with little areas where the embroidery is pulling the fabric and causing wrinkles.
