“I will now show you a few ways to sustain a sleeve shape, especially if you are going for big sleeves. You might find that your sleeves need some extra support. The first option is to create a sleeve head that will be inserted at the top of the sleeve seam to sustain the puffed shape and prevent the sleeve from collapsing. So here we have some examples of sleeve heads. These are made in tulle and these in organza. And here we have the balloon sleeve from earlier. These will be inserted here in the sleeve seam.
