Pattern Creation for Unique Sleeves

Minna Konttijärvi is a renowned pattern maker and designer with a special focus on textures and volumes. Since 2018, she has been running the blog The Shapes of Fabric, where she shares her expertise in pattern making and sewing with readers worldwide. She is also the author of Mad About Sleeves, a book dedicated to her passion for sleeve design.

Throughout her career, Minna has collaborated with various fashion industry professionals to create unique collections. She worked with the independent sewing magazine Tauko Magazine, designing a pattern for their first issue. Additionally, in 2019 and 2021, she launched two personal collections, one focused on geometric shapes and the other on denim textures.
