“Transferring the Design to Fabric So in this lesson, I'm going to show you how to transfer your design onto your tufting cloth. So we have a few different options as far as how we want to go about putting our design onto our tufting cloth. The first and the one I probably use the most often is by using a projector and projecting my image onto the back of the tufting cloth and just tracing it. If you have a projector, this is definitely the easiest option just because it allows you to easily just trace your pattern directly onto the cloth and keeping everything exactly as you drew it.
