“Now I'm going to show you how to create a larger flat spiral to 25cm diameter. So exactly like we did before, we're going to create our small spiral and then secure it with the half moon stitching. So this is going to go under the sewing machine. So we're using the same technique that we learned before to create the start of our spiral, so the half moon either side of that reverse stitch. So before we start growing the work and attaching more rope, I'm just going to trim away these threads and just be certain that I've caught all the sections of rope before we start stitching.
