“ Joining the Slab and Adding Volume In this lesson, I'll pick up my textured slab and form it into a cylinder. I'll show you how I pick it up, how I get the memory of it being circular into that slab, and how I join it together. It's on the cement board. I'll lift it off it always by the end so that I don't distort my texture. This is the banding wheel that we spoke of earlier. It's a nice little wheel so I can spin the pot and always see every side of it without having to peek around. I'll use a round form to get it circular.
