You will start by getting to know Núria. She will tell you about her passion for communications, especially its creative possibilities and analytical foundation – the basis of any strategy. She will show you some of her favorite reference books and blogs, and will also present the project you will carry out throughout this course.
As a first step to define your social media plan, you will define the company or client you will be working with, the team and the budget. Then, you will learn how to perform an internal analysis of the client or project based on online positioning and its reputation, as well as an external analysis of the competition.
You will continue to develop your plan defining your targets and create a profile of the ideal customer or buyer, the platforms you plan to be on and their specific social media communication objectives.
You will learn how to develop a style guide and the basic protocol for crisis management and online reputation. Núria will explain how to create different types of deliverables for each social network and their methodologies. She will also show you case studies to serve as inspiration.
You will learn to create content on a biannual and monthly basis, according to your strategy and objectives.
Finally, Núria will guide you through the evaluation and measurement of results for each platform, and how to adjust your plan to achieve your KPIs.

Núria Mañé is passionate about communication, creativity and technology. She studied Political Science at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, after which she completely changed her career path and studied Audiovisual Communication at the Open University of Catalonia.
She has more than 17 years of experience in communication, working with companies and entrepreneurs. Since 2009 she has been fully dedicated to digital communication, working globally as a social media manager, developing social media plans and public relations strategies with influencers .
She is currently consuls, teaches at of educational centers, collaborates with Onda Cero Cataluña and is a mentor of the Rescatadores de Talento (FPDGI).
