“In this lesson, you will learn to model an object using the subdivision technique. I'll show you what lift loops are and also how to manipulate faces within edit mode. Before I start modeling my mug, I will add an image for reference. To do this, I'm going to use the Shift A menu. I go here, in this tab of images, and choose reference image.
