“In this lesson, we're going to learn a little bit on how to maintain our tools. To make sure that your Kenzan and Hasami last as long as possible, there are a few tips and tricks that we use to help maintain them. Often with stainless steel, Hasami, they get quite rusted. And so it's easier if you use a rust eraser to clean them. It's important though, because we always cut in water, after each time or after each arrangement, it's better to wipe them down with a cloth.
