“ Shading Now that we have most details in the drawing, it's time to move on with shading. Shading will contain quite a bit of black ink or brush information. For that purpose, before I apply this layer, sometimes I go back and clean up some of the older pencil lines that I don't need anymore. I may not need all those lines anymore. I built most of my building geometry in the drawing already, so right now I can eliminate some of the older pencil lines. For erasing, I choose to use one of these kneadable erasers. They can be molded in shape to point exactly where I want them to go. I'll star...”
